Does SwiftShip work with MyPost Business or eParcel?+
SwiftShip works with AusPost MyPost Business — the web portal at auspost.com.au/mypost-business. It fills the Create New Order form automatically. eParcel (the API-based enterprise product) is a different system and not currently supported.
How long does setup take?+
About 2 minutes. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, open Settings to enter your packaging defaults (weight, dimensions, business name), and you're done. The first time you use it you'll need MyPost Business open in another tab — after that it handles everything.
What data does SwiftShip access?+
SwiftShip reads order data directly from Shopify's secure order API — the same data you see on screen. It only accesses your Shopify admin and AusPost MyPost Business. No data is stored on our servers. Your order data never leaves your browser.
Does it handle parcel lockers and PO Boxes?+
Yes. SwiftShip automatically detects parcel locker addresses and sets the AusPost address type to Parcel Locker, filling the correct 10-digit locker number. PO Boxes are also detected and the address type switches automatically.
What happens when I hit 25 orders on the free plan?+
Imports pause until the next calendar month, or until you upgrade to Pro. You won't lose any data — upgrade when you're ready and it resumes immediately.
Is it $12 AUD or USD?+
$12 AUD. Always. No currency conversion surprises, no bills that change month to month.
Can I cancel anytime?+
